He began his medical education at the University of Birmingham, earning his BSc in 1993 and his MB ChB in 1994. Dr. Hardy completed his PhD in 2003 and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) in 2007, gaining cosmetic surgery certification in 2017. He also served as the governance and risk lead for breast surgery during his time as an NHS consultant in Liverpool.
